yayyyy organ meats!!!

many of our grandparents & great-grandparents also recognized the power of food, feeding their families organ meats and spooning out cod liver oil. somehow this knowledge has slowly faded away, while processed foods have taken center stage.

2.  add fat (www.eatwild.org)
3. add more fat
4. cook, toss, steam, fry, bake, slow cook or leave fresh
5. FEAST with meat in HAPPINESS & JOY
